PCI Foundation 7th Annual Golf Tournament

Shingle Creek Golf Club, Orlando, FL • Thursday, October 2, 2008 • 1:00 p.m. Shotgun

Join your fellow PCI golfers to benefit the PCI Foundation. This outing will be a scramble format with a shotgun start. Teams will be handicapped. Your entry fee of $150 includes: green fee, carts, and range balls. Proper golf attire and soft spikes are mandatory. Rental clubs are available for $60.00 (includes 2 sleeves of golf balls)—please call the golf shop directly at (407) 996-9933, at least 48 hours prior to the tournament, to reserve and pay separately by credit card. Prizes will be awarded for the first, second, and third place teams, long drive, and closest-to-the-pin.

Sponsors ($500) are being sought to support the PCI Foundation and will be acknowledged at the course and the evening Foundation Welcome Reception on Friday, October 3 at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Pairings of pre-arranged twosomes or foursomes may be requested, but only with an accompanying sponsor.
