Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations can be made through Global Reservations, Inc. (GRI) via mail, fax, or reserve a room online; below are the links to the Housing Reservation Form and online reservations. Hotel Reservations are based on availability. If you still need a hotel room, contact GRI and they will assist you. Information on overflow hotels will be posted to the site as needed or by calling GRI at (800) 711-7934 or (972) 253-9895. Please use only one method of communication to make your reservation, and be sure to include a return fax number or email address to receive your confirmation.

A deposit of one night's stay is required to reserve your room. Do not send hotel reservation forms to PCI; this will delay your request.
